OSD, ASD, and Derby Classic Winners
Another dominating performance by Eldon's string of power dogs. The week started out with
Keith and Bobbi's "Blues" winning the Armature Shooting Dog Championship with a huge race,
multiple finds and a limb find that was picture perfect. Congratulations Keith for a fine
job handling and Joe Hanzel scouting.
Open Shooting Dog was won by Joe & Valerie Hanzels "Papion" and Runner Up with Keith
and Bobbi Richardson's "Blues". Both dogs were breathtaking to watch with perfect handling,
race and bird work.
The Derby Classic was swept with another group of Eldon's dogs by Lou Tonelli's "Chaos" winner,
Joe & Valerie Hanzel's "Windy" second and Mickey and Margret Tochioka's new sensation "Troy".
All three dogs were so powerful and exciting to watch it was almost hard to be live it was a
Derby race. What a future these dogs have. "Great Job" to the trainer, handlers, scouts, and
owners who all make up the team effort and support.
3X NFC "Slick Dixies Tarkus"
Tarkus is still dominating the country in the Armature Shooting Dog Competition.
Another National Title for Tarkus and his owner/handler Heinz Ahlman. What a specimen!

Tarkus, Ditto and Khan win at Tombstone
NFC FC Slick Dixies Tarkus won the Region 12 Armature Shooting Dog with Heinz Ahlman
handling and Keith Richardson scouting. Whitney Whitefeather was Runner-Up with Joe
Hanzel owner and handler. Great Job Guys.
FC Ditto won the Region 12 Open Shooting Dog with Eldon Hongo handling and Joe Hanzel Scouting.
What a pair of wins for the Armature and Open Shooting Dog Handlers and Scouts.
NFC FC "Tarkus" and FC "Ditto" are both owned by Heinz and Sue Ahlman. All 3 dogs are
trained by Eldon Hongo.
NFC FC "Slick Dixie's Tarkus'" son "Genghis Khan" on his first time down won the SAGSPC
Open Puppy in a 29 dog stake. Looks like "Tarkus'" son "Khan" is on his way in his father's footsteps.
